TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On March 4, 2016, the Department of Revenue published MAR Notice No. 42-2-949 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 439 of the 2016 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 5.

 

2. The department amends the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

          3. No comments or testimony were received.
