NOTICE OF AMENDMENT   (UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS)

 

            TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On November 10, 2016, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 17-387 regarding a public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 2029, 2016 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 21.

 

            2. The department has amended the rules exactly as proposed.

 

            3. No public comments or testimony were received.
