1. On June 9, 2017, the Department of Administration published MAR Notice No. 2-59-560 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 724 of the 2017 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11.

 

2. No comments were received.

 

3. The department has amended ARM 2.59.1002 exactly as proposed.
