TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On September 8, 2017, the Department of Corrections published MAR Notice No. 20-7-65 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1455 of the 2017 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 17.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
