NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On August 18, 2017, the Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists (board) published MAR Notice No. 24-121-15 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules, at page 1364 of the 2017 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 16.

 

            2. On September 8, 2017, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules in Helena. No comments were received by the September 15, 2017, deadline.

 

            3. The board has amended ARM 24.121.601, 24.121.805, 24.121.807, and 24.121.808 exactly as proposed.
