NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On March 16, 2018, the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks (department) published MAR Notice No. 12-482 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 520 of the 2018 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 5.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

3. The department received one comment on the proposal and offers the following response:

 

COMMENT #1: One comment was received in general support of repealing these rules as the ALS system and weekly electronic transfers are in place and this would be a positive change as it would save money and time for license agents as well as the department. 

 

RESPONSE #1: The department appreciates your participation and support in this rulemaking process.
