On August 9, 2007, the Montana State Library (department) published MAR Notice No. 10-100-11 regarding the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules, at page 1065 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15. On September 20, 2007, the Montana State Library published MAR Notice No. 10-100-12 pertaining to the notice of extension of comment period on the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1396 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 18.

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.
