NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND REPEAL

TO: All Concerned Persons

1. On 23, 2007 the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-139 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment and repeal�of the above-stated rules at page 1175 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 16.

�

2. The department has amended and repealed�the above-stated as proposed.

�

3. No comments or testimony were received.

�

4. The rule amendments and repeal will be applied effective November 1, 2007.
