1. On August 23, 2019, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-890 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1309 of the 2019 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 16.
2. The Department of Public Health and Human Services will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to participate in this rulemaking process or need an alternative accessible format of this notice. 3. The fiscal impact statement was not included in the Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Adoption for MAR Notice No. 37-890. This Amended Notice will provide the fiscal impact statement that was not included in the Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Adoption and reads as follows:
Fiscal Impact
The licensing fee schedule will remain unchanged from when the program was licensed by the Department of Labor and Industry. At this time the expected cumulative total of licensing fees paid by the 17 facilities is estimated to be $92,555 annually.
