NOTICE OF DECISION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On September 6, 2019, the Department of Revenue published MAR Notice No. 42-1003 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1505 of the 2019 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 17. 

 

2.  A public hearing on the notice of proposed amendment of the above-stated rules was held on September 30, 2019. The deadline for public comment was also extended in a notice that was published on October 18 at page 1837 of the 2019 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.  The deadline was extended from October 4, 2019 through 5:00 p.m., November 1, 2019, to allow interested persons additional time to comment on the proposed amendment of the above-referenced rules.

 

3.  After receiving public comment on the proposal, the department is withdrawing MAR Notice No. 42-1003 from consideration.
