(1) Specialized telecommunications equipment will be loaned to a person who satisfies the eligibility requirements of ARM 37.36.603 after the individual has received training and signed a written agreement accepting the conditions of the loan prescribed in ARM 37.36.612.

(2) If more than one person in a single household is eligible for a loan, the household is not limited to one piece of equipment but is entitled to specialized telecommunications equipment for each eligible member of the household.
