(1) Rates, charges and service requirements of each public utility under the jurisdiction of the commission ( 69-3-101 , MCA and following) are contained within the tariffs and files of each public utility as filed with and approved by the commission. Information relative to such rates, charges and service requirements in regard to each utility may be obtained from the commission office.
