(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, subpart Q, which sets forth public notification requirements for drinking water violations.

(2) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, Subpart O, which sets forth requirements for consumer confidence reports.

(3) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141.85, which sets forth the public education and supplemental monitoring requirements for exceedances of the lead action level.
