(1) Reporting parties who are not subject to the electronic reporting requirements of 39-71-225 , MCA, must use hard copy (i.e., paper) forms approved by the department for reporting the information required by these rules. Reporting parties may either request a supply of department-printed forms, print their own supply of the approved form, or print their own supply of an equivalent form approved by the department. The department will bill the party ordering department-printed forms for the cost of printing and mailing.
