6.6.101    LICENSING--GENERAL CHARACTER AND CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS

(1) An applicant for a license to enter the

insurance business must be of good character and reputation.

After obtaining a license, a licensee shall conduct himself at

all times fairly and properly in his methods of competition

and trade practices.
