(1) Official GED test centers may be established as needed in agencies meeting American council on education, GED testing service guidelines with the approval and inspection of the state GED administrator.

(2) Official GED test centers must abide by the policies and procedures of the American council on education, GED Testing Examiner's Manual and by the testing policies provided in Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM 10.66.101 through 10.66.109) .
