(1) Unless a particular rule states otherwise, the following Administrative Rules of Montana are adopted by reference and apply to all non-sworn officer certification and training covered in this subchapter:

(a) ARM 23.14.404 - General Requirements for Certification;

(b) ARM 23.14.411 - Purpose of Certificates and Awards;

(c) ARM 23.14.412 - Qualification for Certification of Law Enforcement Academy and Training Courses;

(d) ARM 23.14.413 - Certification Requirements for Trainee Attendance and Performance;

(e) ARM 23.14.419 - Instructor Certification Requirements.

(2) The term "detention officer" is that which is defined in 44-4-302, MCA.
