(1) Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to 39-51-2409 , MCA shall be paid witness and mileage fees for attendance at hearings on appeals as follows: Ten dollars ($10.00) for each day's attendance plus mileage in traveling to the place of the hearing at the rate of seventeen cents ($.17) for each mile each way.
