(1) All high risk mutton breeds and goats associated with these flocks sold or used for breeding purposes must be identified as to the flock of origin by a tamper proof ear tag and at least one of the following (electronic implant, flank tattoo or ear tattoo) . This information must be on the certificate of veterinary inspection and/or import permit.
