(1) The child support order is to be paid in U.S. dollars.

(2) Gifts, clothing, food, payment of expenses, etc., in lieu of dollars will not be allowed as a credit for payment of a child support obligation except by court or administrative order.

(3) Direct payments to the child, the parent or a third party will not be allowed as credit for payment of a child support obligation payable through the clerk of court, the child support enforcement division or other entity specified in the court or administrative order.
