(1) An operator who possesses one or more permits shall submit one annual progress report for the previous calendar year to the department on or before March 1 of each year.

(2) The annual progress report must be submitted on a form provided by the department.  In addition to the requirements in 82-4-403, MCA, the report must list all of the operator's permitted sites and provide the information required by the department for each of those sites.
