(1) Within 30 days after completion of such examination, the Secretary of State or his deputy or deputies shall prepare and file in his office a report of his findings with respect to the system examined.

(2) A copy of such report shall be forwarded to the applicant at the address shown in his application for such examination.

(3) If the report approves the system, the Secretary of State shall mail a copy of said report to each election administrator of the state of Montana.
