(1) All permittees shall file semi-annual reports with the vertebrate pest control bureau of the department of livestock on forms supplied by the bureau. The reports are due no more than 30 days after the end of each half year. For purposes of these reports half years shall end on June 30 and December 31 of each year.

(2) The department may require such other information or reports of permittees as it may from time to time need.
