(1) If the board determines that an executive summary and project proposal is ineligible for a grant or loan due to failure to comply with applicable statutory criteria and other criteria, the applicant has 30 days from the date of notification of such determination to request the board to reconsider the executive summary and project proposal or to determine whether the determination should stand or should be modified.   The request for reconsideration must be in writing and addressed to the Montana Department of Commerce, Montana Board of Research and Commercialization Technology, 1424 Ninth Avenue, Helena, Montana 59620.
