24.168.203    BOARD MEETINGS

(1) The board may convene at any time or place for purposes of transacting business. The president shall call such meeting and name the time and place, and give notice to each member of the board as much in advance of the meeting as possible.

(2) A majority of the board may request a special meeting at any time or place and the president must call said meeting upon receipt of said written request.
