17.53.207    FORM OF REQUEST

(1) A request for information pertaining to a facility under this subchapter must be made in writing, must reasonably describe the records sought in a way that will permit their identification, and should be addressed to the Air and Waste Management Bureau, Department of Environmental Quality, P.O. Box 200901, Helena, MT 59620-0901.
