(1) Conditional permission to practice while on "inactive status" to assist in situations those licensed mortuaries where the licensed mortician is called away by illness or other emergency.

(2) Conditional permission will be granted for a specific period of time, but no more than 60 days.

(3) Practicing beyond 60 days will be considered as an active practitioner and must meet the continuing education requirements as other licensed practitioners as described in ARM 24.147.2101.
