24.162.409    HEARINGS OR PROCEEDINGS

(1) Any person whose application has been denied shall be entitled to a hearing, provided a written demand is filed with the board within 30 days of the date of mailing of the letter advising the applicant of the denial of his application.

(2) If a demand for hearing is filed within the time prescribed the board shall order a hearing in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
