(1) Rooms, compartments, places, equipment, and utensils used for preparing, storing, or otherwise handling any product, and all other parts of the establishments or facilities, must be kept in a clean, sanitary condition.

(2) There may be no handling or storing of materials which create objectionable conditions in rooms, compartments, or places where products are prepared, stored, or otherwise handled.
