24.225.926    TERMINATION OR CERTIFIED EUTHANASIA TECHNICIAN EMPLOYMENT AND RETIREMENT OF CERTIFICATE

(1) A CEA must notify the board in writing within ten days of the date of termination of a CET. The certificate of the CET must be retired by the board upon notification that the technician is no longer employed by a CEA as required by law.

(2) A CET must notify the board in writing within ten days of the change in employer or addition of a new CEA employer.

(3) A CET can restore the certificate without payment of a fee once reemployed at a CEA, until the next consecutive renewal date.
