(1) To be reimburseable under this subchapter, crisis stabilization services must be:
(a) medically necessary mental health services;
(b) delivered in direct response to a crisis as defined in this subchapter;
(c) limited in scope and duration as provided in this subchapter; and
(d) delivered or contracted for by a crisis stabilization provider and are limited to:
(i) a psychiatric diagnostic interview examination;
(ii) care coordination;
(iii) individual psychotherapy;
(iv) family psychotherapy with or without patient;
(v) one to one community-based psychiatric rehabilitation and support;
(vi) crisis management services; and
(vii) services delivered by a primary care provider as defined in ARM 37.86.5001(25), for screening and identifying psychiatric conditions and for medication management.
