24.154.401    FEE SCHEDULE

(1) The following is the fee schedule for licensed addiction counselors:

(a) Original Examination Application                                                   $200

(b) Original Endorsement Application                                                   200

(c) Original License                                                                                    50

(d) Active Renewal                                                                                   150

(e) Inactive Renewal                                                                                   65

(2) Additional standardized fees are specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(3) The fee for the National Certified Addiction Counselor (Level I) written examination is established by and payable directly to the vendor contracted with by the department to administer the written examination.
