(1) Unless expressly provided otherwise, in this subchapter where the board has adopted and incorporated by reference a federal regulation, the reference is to the July 1, 2007, edition of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

(4) Suppliers of public water supply systems shall comply with the portions of 40 CFR Parts 141 and 142 adopted and incorporated by reference in this subchapter.
