(1) High adventure activities are those that may require specific certification and/or equipment or training and may include the following:
(a) target sports;
(b) aquatics;
(c) adventure challenge courses;
(d) climbing and rappelling;
(e) spelunking;
(f) swimming;
(g) white water activities;
(h) use of horses or other animals for riding or packing;
(i) skiing; and
(j) trampoline.
(2) For the high adventure activities identified in (1), each program shall adopt written policy and procedures that address minimum training, experience, and qualifications for leaders and staff.
