(1) The fee for both Junkyard Licenses and Interim Junkyard Licenses shall be $25.00 for each calendar year or portion thereof. A Junkyard License may be transferred to a new operator for the remainder of its term without additional fee. An Interim Junkyard License is not transferable. (See ARM 18.6.121.)

(2) A Junkyard License or an Interim Junkyard License may be cancelled upon sixty (60) days written notice. The notice shall set forth the reason for cancellation.

(3) Frequent or continuing violations of the junkyard law or lawful regulations promulgated thereunder will be grounds for not renewing a license, or for renewing it subject to certain restrictions or conditions.
