(1) Except as provided in (2), no animals shall be permitted in any pool, spa, or other water features or in the vicinity of any pool, spa, or other water feature.

(2) Service animals shall be permitted only on the deck area of a pool, spa, or other water feature, if needed, but may not be closer than five feet to the water. However, no animal, whether service animal or not, may be permitted within the fence surrounding a spray pad.

(3) A service animal may be excluded from the facility or portions of the facility whenever its behavior or health poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
