24.201.2113    NONRESIDENT HOLDERS OF A PERMIT TO PRACTICE -- COMPLIANCE

(1) Holders of Montana permits to practice who are out-of-state residents are required to comply with the continuing education requirements if they wish to maintain their permits to practice public accounting in Montana.
