(1) In addition to the trade associations specifically named in 32-9-160(2), MCA, the department may enter into agreements or sharing arrangements allowing the sharing of information and material with the following governmental agencies and associations representing governmental agencies:

(a) State Regulatory Registry, LLC;

(b) Multi-State Mortgage Committee;

(c) Federal Housing Administration;

(d) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau;

(e) United States Department of Housing and Urban Development;

(f) Federal Trade Commission; and

(g) Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
