(1) Rates shall not be more than $9 for the first folio insertion and not more than $7 for each subsequent insertion.

(2) Section (1) will become effective on July 1, 2000.

(3) That for the purpose of establishing a basis of folio measurement, rule and figure work shall be determined as containing two or more sets of figures in the same line, one standard newspaper column width of approximately two inches, when set in the following mentioned type sizes, shall constitute a folio: 12 lines of solid six point, or 100 words; 14 lines of solid seven point, or 100 words; 15 lines of solid eight point, or 100 words; 17 lines of solid nine point, or 100 words; 18 lines of solid ten point, or 100 words.

(4) Folios other than rule and figure work shall consist of 100 words when set in a standard newspaper column width of approximately two inches.

(5) Commissioners claims and proceedings shall be charged at the regular folio measurement unless content requires rule and figure work requiring two or more sets of figures in the same line.

(6) For the purpose of determining the different sizes of type herein before mentioned, the following point system measurements as universally used by the graphic arts industries shall prevail: Computing 72 points to a linear column inch, there shall be 12 lines of solid six point; 10.285 lines of solid seven point; nine lines of solid eight point; eight lines of solid nine point; 7.2 lines of solid ten point to each column inch.
