(1) The following is the fee schedule for licensed addiction counselors:

(a) Application for Licensed Addiction Counselor $250

(b) Active Renewal 150

(c) Inactive Renewal 65

(d) Application for Addiction Counselor Licensure Candidate 250

(e) Addiction Counselor Licensure Candidate Annual Registration 100

(2) Additional standardized fees are specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(3) The fee for the National Certified Addiction Counselor (Levels I and II) written examinations are established by and payable directly to the vendor contracted with the board to administer the written examination.
