(1) Under no circumstances shall any contestant lay his hands on the referee. Any violation of this rule shall disqualify the contestant.

(2) The referee's instructions given before the bout must be strictly complied with, as he is responsible for the proper conduct of the athletic event and the enforcement of the rules of the board. The referee's verdict shall be final and he has the right to stop an athletic event at any time because of injury or weak physical condition of one or both of the contestants.
