37.40.808 HOSPICE, CERTIFICATION OF TERMINAL ILLNESS (1) In order to be eligible to elect hospice care under Medicaid, a beneficiary must be certified as being terminally ill in accordance with Medicare certification requirements under 42 CFR 418.22.
