(1) A passing score on an examination shall be valid for two years from the examination date.
(2) The applicant, within two years prior to submitting an application for a license or certification, shall have successfully completed the Appraiser Qualifications Board-endorsed Uniform State Licensed Real Property Appraiser Examination with the following passing scores:
(a) licensed residential - 75 percent,
(b) certified residential - 77 percent, and
(c) certified general - 79 percent.
(3) The examination is administered by a testing agency under contractual agreement with the board.
