(1) If an applicant for a foster home or kinship foster home is a licensed or registered day care provider, or if a licensee wishes to become a licensed or registered day care provider, their application must be approved by the licensing bureau chief or designee and the designee for the Early Childhood and Family Support Division–Child Care Licensing.
