(1) Except as established in ARM 24.301.542 for original plan approvals, the manufacturer shall make application to have their plans renewed for the following year prior to the December 31 expiration date of each year. At the time of renewal, plans which have not been changed do not require the submission of plans. If any changes have been made, an updated plan must be submitted.
