(1) The administrative rules in this chapter apply to the disposition of complaints of discrimination as follows:

(a) For complaints filed before July 1, 1997, only the administrative rules in the following sub-chapters apply:

(i) sub-chapters 1 through 4;

(ii) sub-chapter 6;

(iii) sub-chapter 8; and

(iv) sub-chapters 10 through 15.

(b) For complaints filed on or after July 1, 1997, only the administrative rules in the following sub-chapters apply:

(i) sub-chapter 1;

(ii) sub-chapter 6;

(iii) sub-chapter 8;

(iv) sub-chapters 10 through 14; and

(v) sub-chapter 17
