24.9.224    INVESTIGATION: FINDING OF REASONABLE CAUSE OR NO REASONABLE CAUSE

(1) At the conclusion of the investigation, the department will issue a finding of reasonable cause if the allegations of the complaint are supported by substantial evidence. The department will issue a finding of no reasonable cause if the allegations of the complaint are not supported by substantial evidence, or if the commission lacks jurisdiction over the complaint. The finding will include a brief statement of the reasons for the department's conclusions and will be mailed to all parties.
