(1) ARM 34.7.101through 34.7.106 terminate on the last day of the first month in which the United States government provides $250,000 in death benefit to the designated beneficiary of a service member killed on active duty in a contingency operation through:

(a) increase in death gratuity;

(b) direct payment of insurance premiums; or

(c) a combination of both (1) (a) and (b) .
