(1) If a medical assistance facility provides outpatient services, each outpatient must be examined by a practitioner and the services must meet the standards contained in ARM 37.106.1001.

(2) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference ARM 37.106.1001, which contains the licensure standards for facilities having outpatient services.
