(1) Enough potable water for the needs of the pool or spa facility must be provided from a source constructed and operated in accordance with Title 75, chapter 6, MCA, and ARM Title 17, chapter 38, subchapters 1 and 2, public water and wastewater systems.

(2) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the rules in Title 17, chapter 38, subchapters 1 and 2, which set standards for construction, testing, treatment and operation of public water supplies in order to prevent their contamination.
